dsh-plugin-om: DSH Plugin

The DSH plugin `dsh-plugin-om` is designed to solve context-window overflow issues in long conversations. Maintained by FanetheDivine, it supports automatic compression of the main session history, summary generation, and preservation of the source text for tools and skills. It provides recall by message index (`recall`) and local semantic retrieval (`recall-semantic`), and logs details of the compression process. The plugin requires DSH 0.2.0-rc.2 or higher. If installation fails with pnpm 11, build permissions must be configured. In the configuration, `observeThresholdTokens` controls the compression frequency, while `tailMessageCount` determines the number of messages to retain. The plugin supports hot updates and allows compression results and errors to be viewed in the browser, making it suitable for scenarios that require efficient management of long conversations.
